This darling one and half story is nestled in the Fulton neighborhood of Minneapolis, and with only 2 owners since 1924 it was time for a refresh! The new owners wanted to capture the old world charm; but reconfigure things to work for how they lived. On the first floor we removed the wall between the kitchen and formal dining room, making everything feel more spacious and inviting. We converted two small bedrooms on the second floor to a private master ensuite. In the basement we added square footage with a family room and non-conforming bedroom. In the end we created functional spaces that work hard for this modest sized home.
