To prepare for it’s forever family this stunner received a full house renovation, including fresh paint and stucco on the exterior. The previous owner opted to run white tile from the front door through to the kitchen, laying the tile directly on the wood floor. Removing the tile and installing new hardwood was not in the budget for phase 1 of this restoration. Ultimately we embraced the white and designed a “tuxedo” kitchen, with brass pulls. The narrow kitchen picked up space by moving the fridge to the exterior wall and removing the wall to the formal dining room. With a reconfigured second floor the family gained a master bedroom en-suite, along second floor laundry. Delivered on functional layout and within budget for the win!
